For the milestones in this course, you will need to write several reflections comparing your self-assessment responses to the observer assessment responses. These assessments are important as they not only aid in your understanding of theories behind the assessments, but they give you insight into how you and others perceive your leadership behaviors and provide a baseline from which you can further develop as a leader. Step 1: Refer to your Northouse Observer Assessments (and be prepared to submit them with your milestone) Step 2: Complete the self-assessments in Leadership, Chapters 2 & 4, which can be easily accessed through the table of contents under “Leadership Instrument” for each chapter. Step 3: Score your observer responses according to the directions in the textbook. For chapter 2, you can also enter your observer responses in the e-book. For Chapter 4, you will need to hand score the responses. Step 4: To complete this milestone, be sure to address the following critical elements:Compare your self-assessments for Chapters 2 & 4 with your observers response.
