Im working on a Marketing exercise and need support. write a small introduction in general about two videos and how i made a flowchart process . these videos are attached . the flowchart is attached as well . I also attached an example below . This is an example only : The objective of this lab is to form an operations process chart on how ice cream is made. An operations process chart is a way to show visually through a graphical chart on how a product was made step-by-step (Freivalds&Niebel, 2013). There are two forms of operations process charts that are used to show this. One is processing/assembling operations and the other is inspection operations. The assembling/processing operation displays the details of each step that was required in the process to make the product, which in this case of making the ice cream would be showing every detail such as mixing the cream and ingredients together, sending the ice cream and ingredients to be pasteurized, etc (Freivalds&Niebel, 2013), The inspection operation on the other hand would show each inspection or examination that happened in making the ice cream. The inspection operation is essentially checking the assembly of a product at each time to make sure the product isgood at every step (Freivalds&Niebel, 2013 )
