Don’t tell us about your topic (you already discussed that in the essay). Tell us about what it was like to research, write, revise, edit, and finalize this essay. Tell us what worked well, and tell us what you’ll do to improve next time. This should be a couple of paragraphs long.this is the same topic you did the outline for. Use your outline to make sure you’re organizing your thoughts and including all of your evidence.Think back to the examples we looked at. How did they start their arguments? How did they organize their text. Did they ask a questions and then answer it? Did they present a problem then provide a solution? Or, did they simply want to make their audience aware of a new development?Keep your audience in mind as you write this. It’ll help if you picture them as you write. If you write to “everyone” your argument won’t be focused enough to convince such a broad group.
